Head of Unlisted Property

Stewart Tillyard, Head of Unlisted Property, has decided to leave the organisation after 11 years to pursue other opportunities.

Stewart was instrumental in the development of a property portfolio with exposures across Australia, the USA and Europe and combining bespoke joint ventures, partnerships and more traditional fund exposures. The property portfolio was valued at over $10bn at 31 December 2019.

Stewart brought his experience and leadership to bear across the broader investment team, including serving on internal investment approval committees and as Acting Head of Private Equity for a period. His contribution to the whole organisation's success has been substantial and we wish him well for his future success.

Stewart Tillyard said:

Wendy Norris, Deputy Chief Investment Officer, Private Markets, will take responsibility for the property team and portfolio as we commence a recruitment process for a new person to lead the team.
